This beautifully renovated, four-season cottage is the perfect escape, located just 15 minutes from the Village of Lakefield.
Whether you’re looking to relax, reconnect with nature, or enjoy quality time with friends or family. Tucked away in a peaceful, private bay on Stoney Lake, this retreat offers the tranquility of nature, breathtaking sunsets, and all the comforts of home.
In the summer, soak in the views from the large dock or explore the lake with the provided canoe and kayaks. While the bay is shallow, a short 10-minute paddle brings you to a clear, weed-free swimming area.
In the winter, conditions may allow for ice skating on the bay. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and other seasonal activities are easily accessible.

Inside the Cottage
The main floor features an open-concept layout with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the bay, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with TV, and dining space. You’ll also find a queen bedroom, 3-piece bath, and laundry.
Upstairs, the large master suite overlooks the water and includes a king-size bed, TV, desk, and reading nook. There’s also a queen bedroom, a 4-piece bathroom with a jetted tub, and plenty of closet space.
The kitchen comes ready for gourmet meals or weekend baking, with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and propane BBQ.
